All prices are guaranteed for 15 days from quote date.
A Purchase Order is required from all customers with established accounts. A minimum 50% deposit is required from customers without established accounts.
25% of total is required to place an order for amounts larger than $ 2000.00,  and 50% for orders larger than $ 10,000.00 unless other arrangements have been made.
All out of province purchases must be paid for in full unless leasing has been arranged.
Please observe payment terms on invoice.
Used and Special discounted Sales items are non refundable in which case All Sales are final.
Payments may be made through PayPal at our website for a 3% transaction fee, or by cheque or money order.
Credit card payments must be made through PayPal at our website http://hoisttech.com/Payment.htm
For orders larger than $ 10,000.00 other arrangements must be made.
A service fee of $100.00 will be charged to all NSF cheques or declined payments.
A service fee of  2.5% per month or portions thereof at 0.0824 per dium, will be charged on all overdue accounts on total amount owing.
A re stocking fee of 15% of total price will be charged if order is cancelled once order has been placed and 30% once shipped.
Installations not included unless quoted.
All items described on invoices will remain the property of Hoistech International until paid for in full and may be reclaimed and resold to recover amounts owing.
Electrical and air installations to be performed by qualified contractor.
Oil, Electrical or Air installations, extra shimming materials or removal of old equipment not included with installations.
Freight not included unless quoted in document. Off loading must be arranged, charges for off loading not included.
